version 0.7.0 released

hi @ all ftp4che users !

we released version 0.7 today because we did some bug fixing and improvement on the library. we didn’t do much in the last months (we didn’t have much time) but we are back and want to have comments on the new release (bugs, improvements,…) and we are also looking for a new developer who wants to help and support us.
